Podcast #002: Hana Sahinbegovic, Ph.D.

Overcoming stress-mode during a Ph.D. abroad

Share

Recently I spoke with Hana Sahinbegovic, who did her Ph.D. in Czech Republic, and went on to her post-doc in Belgium at KU Leuven.

We discussed the many times Hana had to rise from difficulties that arose in her Ph.D., the science of circadian rhythms, maintaining mental health in isolation of a Ph.D. student abroad, weight management during stressful times, and more.

I hope you enjoy this episode, and I want to say thank you to Litmaps for supporting the podcast, which allows me to keep doing and improving it.

I’ve been using their tool for over 6 months now, and I love being able to get a quick overview of a specialized field in a highly visual map that takes 10 seconds to create.
